**Responsibilities**:

- Make balances between payments and invoices for taxes and payments to third parties.
- Prepare monthly balances and adjustments in corporate systems that guarantee information for income statements.
- Follow up on financial contacts in the countries, seeking to ensure a flow of information.
- Create accounting entries and upload them to corporate systems effectively.

**Qualifications**:

- Student or graduate of administrative, accounting or financial career.
- Intermediate English B1 (Conversational).
- Microsoft Office Word, PowerPoint and Excel at intermediate level.
- Experience/Internship in the administrative area (6 months preferred).

**Other Details**:

- Shift: Monday to Friday 7:00am-4:30pm
- Grade: 007
- Modality: Hybrid (2 months at home and 2 months in the office).
- Availability to work on holidays
