**La Posición**:
Conocer y realizar todo el proceso de contratación de pagos a médicos siguiendo los procedimientos de Colombia, organizar todo el proceso de archivo y documentación del área de medicina y ser generador de un proyecto digital que brinde valor a la organización mediante el conocimiento de las plataformas actuales de la organización. El cargo le permitirá conocer en profundidad algunos procesos que son claves para el desarrollo de las actividades que lleva Colombia.

**Tareas y **Responsabilidades**:

- Apoyar el Proceso de Contratación con Profesionales y Organizaciones de la Salud según el Manual de Interacciones Vigente consolidando toda la documentación necesaria, generando los contratos, gestionando las firmas respectivas y archivando los soportes en los sitios destinados para ello antes de la realización de cada Actividad.
- Apoyar el Proceso de realización de Eventos / Actividades del Área mediante la creación, gestión y seguimiento de los Eventos en Veeva Events registrando toda la información en los tiempos determinados y según las indicaciones de Health Care Compliance de la compañía.
- Apoyar el proceso de Cuentas por Pagar de Medicina asegurando el correcto y oportuno trámite de los pagos a los Profesionales y Organizaciones de la Salud llevando un registro continuo y almacenando correctamente los soportes de contratación.
- Apoyar el proceso de Gestión de Proveedores del Área de acuerdo con las políticas y leyes vigentes en conjunto con el departamento de Compras y Contabilidad verificando su estatus en SAP, su documentación y estatus en Veeva garantizando una correcta contratación y documentación de esta.
- Apoyar el proceso de documentación y seguimiento de las Actividades del Área almacenando y organizando la información en las bases de datos y repositorios y realizando el seguimiento constante a las diferentes herramientas (CorA, Veeva Events, Grupos de Teams, IVT, Tableau, WeBuy y Shareroom de Medicina CO).
- Apoyar el proceso de gestión de órdenes de compra mediante la Herramienta WeBuy de acuerdo con las necesidades del Área generando requisiciones a los Proveedores, realizando seguimiento continuo del estado de estas y registrando la información en el repositorio destinado para ello garantizando las directivas corporativas de Compliance en cuanto a Servicios prestados por terceros a Boehringer Ingelheim.
- Apoyar el proceso de otorgamiento de Patrocinios a Profesionales y Organizaciones de la Salud verificando el estatus de estos, realizando seguimiento al Proceso de envío de cartas de invitación y registrando debidamente la información en Veeva Events y en las bases de datos del Área.
- Desarrollar un Proyecto de innovación enfocado en una oportunidad de mejora para el Área de Medicina u otra de la Compañía que impacte la eficiencia de uno o más procesos y que dinamice el desarrollo de las Actividades diarias en el marco del cumplimiento de las Políticas y Procedimientos Corporativos y locales.

***Requisitos**:

- Estudiante de Administración de Empresas, Ingeniería Industrial o afines.
- Nível intermedio de ingles.
- Nível intermedio de Excel.
