Remote Architect

Custom Doors is hiring an Architect to work full-time in a remote position with our team in Miami. There is a 30-day trial period and from there it will be a full-time job.

Essential duties and responsibilities include the following:

- Making bids on potential building projects.
- Working with clients to determine requirements for building projects.
- Developing initial estimates on structure costs, building time and special requirements.
- Preparing detailed drawings showing both the appearance and interior structure of a building project.
- Collaborate with Management Team to execute and implement new ideas.
- Manage and maintain project deadlines.

Job Requirements:

- Fluent in English & Spanish.
- Open-minded and flexible team player.
- Excellent drawing skills and familiarity with design software (Adobe Photoshop, SketchUp, or similar).
- Ability to work with architectural software to create building plans.
- Strong imagination and the ability to think and create in three dimensions.
- Visual awareness and an eye for detail.
- Good time management, organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to understand and follow instructions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Also math skills.
- Thorough knowledge of rules of grammar, punctuation, and spelling.
- Must be competent with popular computer programs (Google sheets, Skype).
- Must be able to work from **Monday to Friday** from **8:00 AM to 5:00 AM** MIAMI time.

Pay: To be discussed.

**Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree (preferred)

**Experience**:
Architect: 1 year (preferred)

Pay: From $3,000,000 per month
