Our new Texas workshop is seeking a Financial Analyst to join our thriving team. As an integral member of the financial team reporting to the Sr. FPA Manager, the Financial Analyst, will be responsible for performing cost accounting, inter-company pricing, cost management, management reporting, responding to internal control / audit inquires, as well as driving continuous improvements from Finance. Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Performing month-end closing inventory management, preparation of journal entries and analysis of inventory accounts.
- Manage physical inventory destruction processes.
- Plan, manage, conduct and report result of inventory cycle count and full count, and perform reconciliation in sub-ledgers.
- Perform annual inventory revaluation.
- Perform fixed assets obsolescence and impairment review.
- Plan, manage, conduct and report result of fixed assets physical count, and perform reconciliation in sub-ledgers.
- Prepare annual inter-company pricing proposal and perform detailed analysis to explain any inter-company price change / no change between current and prior period.
- Prepare property tax return for both inventory and fixed assets.
- Administrate weekly and monthly performance review process to ensure timely delivery.
- Administrate and ensure compliance of all control items in the Inventory and Fixed Assets cycles.
- Develop process Kaizens to support efficiency and accuracy improvements.
- Develop tools to automate processes and PowerBI dashboards to provide internal customers with timely and visualized information.

PROFIL
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration; advanced degree and manufacturing and costing background highly preferred.
- Minimum 4-6 years of progressive finance experience.
- Cost accounting experiences required.
- Financial close and month-end reporting experiences required.
- Team oriented and able to thrive as a part of various teams.
- Strong, energetic, effective communicator
- Ability to effectively cope with change and navigate fast paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently.
- Experience with SAP.
- Proficiency in PowerBI dashboard development.
- Bilingual skills in Spanish and/or French is a plus.
