1 Misión Principal y Objetivo del Cargo
Alcanzar o exceder metas de ventas tanto en producto como servicio en el territorio asignado empujando negocios rentables con clientes nuevos y existentes
Responsabilidades Principales
Contactar frecuentemente a clientes, realizar visitas a clientes existentes y nuevos, siguiente el proceso de venta para identificar y administrar cada oportunidad a
un cierre final. Preparar cotizaciones, propuestas, negociar precio hasta el alcance definido
Construir y sostener relaciones que promuevan las ventas de reactivos e instrumentos, asegurando que las relaciones son optimizadas para alcanzar las metas y
los presupuestos
Reportar Ventas y Desempeño de su actividad. Monitorear activamente las tendencias del Mercado a través de contactos con clientes, cuentas claves, líderes de
opinión y asistencia a eventos del sector.
Garantizar una cartera sana en su portafolio de clientes y buscar activamente el recaudo de clientes morosos.
Asegurar que todas las actividades realizadas cumplen con los requisitos legales y éticos así como con las políticas de la organización
Participar y contribuir al cumplimiento de los objetivos del Sistema de Gestión de la Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo SG-SST de bioMérieux Colombia.

Microbiología Industrial
Experiência en Ventas de mínimo 6 años, específicamente en ventas de dispositivos médicos de diagnóstico para industria alimenticia y/o farmacéutica
3.2 Habilidades y Competencias : Comprensión del Mercado y competidores/Solidez en uso de herramientas informática/Negociación e influencia/ servicio al cliente
2 Alcance, Indicadores, Contactos Calves:
Alcance: Rentabilidad de cada negocio, crecimiento del portafolio de clientes, DSO, Gestión de Cuentas Clave
KPI: Budget A/B, Número de visitas, crecimiento de ventas, Asertividad en el presupuesto, Rentabilidad de cada negocio, Impact(Oportunidades/Cierre)
