What you will do
Let’s do this. Let’s change the world. In this vital role you will be a key driver of growth for the local affiliate. Some of your responsibilities will be:

- Crafting data-driven narratives, using data from multiple data sources, in order to identify and drive growth opportunities.
- Design and implement standardized, data-driven, and repeatable pricing solutions with focus in innovative contracting and negotiation support.
- Identify internal and external growth and improvement opportunities based on disparate sources of data.
- Be in close contact with the cross-functional team, develop analysis and support with insights.
- Build dashboards and tools to provide pricing visibility.
- Design and test new pricing models, tools and innovative contracting schemes.
- Support the proposal and implementation of innovative contracting options.
- Monitor competitors data and price competitiveness.
- Serve as the escalation point, managing exceptions and resolving issues.
- Follow up to pricing mandatory regulations and price policy changes.
- Be a backup for pricing daily operations.

Basic Qualifications:

- 1 or 2 years of experience in pricing, revenue management, growth or any analytical position.
- Understanding of the Colombian health system and its pricing regulatory trends.
- Experience in the proposal, design and implementation of innovative contracting in the healthcare sector.
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to adapt in a constantly evolving environment
- Possesses a data-driven approach
- Result oriented approach
- Advanced English Skills
- Adequate use of Microsoft Excel
- Preferred Qualifications:

- SAP knowledge and experience
- Innovative contract model in healthcare implementation
