**Quelle sera votre contribution et comment vous épanouir dans ce poste ?
Reporting to the LATAM Zone Director and in strong collaboration with the Colombian team, for the beauty care, pharma and AVI market, you will be based in our Bogota office and will participate in the customer service improvement in Colombia. In order to succeed in your mission as Customer Service Analyst, you will work in close collaboration with the Logistics and the Sales team.

**Your mission will be**:
**1. Manage everything related to the samples of our products and prototypes, requested by the commercial area and by our customers: Place the order in France, register all the information in our database: shipping data, lot number and shipping dates. Control receipt, organization, stock, organize the shipment, request collection of messaging, assembly of envelopes with CoA documents and delivery preparation and shipment. For national clients and for distributors in Peru, Ecuador, Mexico and Central America. Coordinate the invoices for customers abroad.**

**2. Perform the functions of customer service in Colombia**:

- Reception of purchase orders from national customers.**
**- Record this information in an excel file in Drive.**
**- Notify and inform customers about estimated product delivery dates according to the information given by the logistics area along with available inventories.**
**- Provide the commercial area with updated information on the status of the POs, delivery dates, among others.**

**3. The administrative role includes the sending of supplier invoices in Colombia such as warehouse service, messaging, parking, transportation and others to the accounting area.**
**- Provide support to the commercial area in the generation of a centralized database for managing updated commercial documents.

**Recently graduated in Technical Career in Customer Service or with 2-3 years of experience in this field.**

**Basic English knowledge is mandatory. Open to learn and improve his/her level.**

**You are able to communicate in a clear and effective way. You have some skills such as active listening, positive attitude, positive language, empathy, patience, and fast thinking.**

**Excellent written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal skills, planning skills and follow up skills.
