DevOps Leader

Lider tecnologico, que combina soluciones de tecnología, mercadeo digital, logística y operaciones a través de iniciativas de E-Commerce y estrategias de Omnicanalidad, precisa incorporar un Devops Leader en Colombia (preferiblemente en Bogotá) cuyas funciones serán las siguientes:
- Gestión y desarrollo del equipo (5 DEVOPS y 3 técnicos operaciones/monitoreo)
- Diseñar una arquitectura centrada en la seguridad, el rendimiento y la alta disponibilidad utilizando los servicios de AWS.
- Instalación y Configuración de Nginx, Apache, PHP, MySQL, Varnish, NodeJS y otros softwares.
- Registro y Monitoreo con Grafana, Cloudwatch, New Relic, Prometheus y Loki. (No necesariamente deben ser todos pero si alguna)
- Administración de Jira y Confluence (Diseñar e implementar flujos de trabajo personalizados para integrar flujos de trabajo de diferentes departamentos y automatizar el trabajo).
- Configuración y administración de Cloudflare y Fastly.
- Administración del Sistema Magento. (Instalación, configuración, ajuste de rendimiento y seguridad, CI/CD) Planificación de capacidad.
- Manejo de proyectos internos para ayudar a clientes y departamentos internos a cumplir sus objetivos.
- Diseñar e implementar procesos y flujos de trabajo que mejoren la productividad interna y el cumplimiento de objetivos.
- Seguimiento y cumplimiento de KPI del departamento.
- Monitorear la confiabilidad de los sistemas de los clientes.
- Diseñar, implementar y administrar canales de CI/CD con herramientas como GitHub, Gitlab, CodePipeline, CodeDeploy y Jenkins. (No necesariamente deben ser todos, pero si alguna). Diseñar, configurar e implementar testing continuos.
- Ser el responsable de los mecanismos e implementación de temas relacionados con seguridad.
**Requisitos**:
- Más de cuatro años de experiência demostrada en entornos DEVOPS.
- Más de tres años de experiência demostrada en roles de liderazgo de equipos/ gestión de entornos DEVOPS
- Más de cuatro años de experiência demostrada en AWS (EC2, CodePipeline, Autoscaling, AIM/Control de permisos entre aplicaciones y accesos de usuarios, Cloudwatch)
- Ubicación: Colombia (prioritariamente Bogotá) en su defecto, será viable teletrabajo.
- Nível de inglés: Medio.
