Overview

The Customer Implementation Services team (CIS) is looking for an Implementation Specialist to drive our customer experience strategy forward in a customer-facing environment, by providing project implementation services and testing support for technical configurations and interfaces on MasterCard’s core and auxiliary processing systems to international financial institutions and their transaction processors and service providers.

This position will also deliver MC products and services by following standard implementation processes and complex testing activities ensuring quality and reliability of the implementations.

Role
- Act as central point of contact for customers and/ or MasterCard customer representatives throughout customer implementation and testing execution.
- Follow implementations processes and guidelines rigorously in order to deliver required MC products and services to customers, by generating the required documentation to formalize production setups with MC technical areas.
- Assure processing interfaces with MasterCard’s electronic payment processing systems are compliant with MasterCard‘s global product rules and specifications.
- Define, create, maintain and document standard and non-standard customer testing processes, focus on technical processing customer interfaces.

- Strong Project Management skills.
- Strong payment transaction processing and industry business principles knowledge.
- Strong understanding of MasterCard’s payment processing systems, formats and associated customer host interface testing services and principles.
- Ability to interact well with customer’s Sr. and Executive management, as well as with their technical teams.
- Ability to interact effectively with MC internal areas (Management, Technical) and adjust communication according to audience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to leverage these skills in a customer-facing and teaching environment.
- Strong testing and technical skills.
- Self-Starter with ability to work independently.
- API knowledge and experience.
- Proficient in English and Spanish.
