Quotation Specialist

**Nassau National Cable** is an e-commerce company operating within the industrial sector and has experienced a remarkable growth of 500% over the last two years, expanding its physical presence to six countries worldwide.
- Position: Full-time.
- Location: Hybrid. (Medellin, Col)
- Salary: $800 - $1000 USD (Negotiable)

**Responsibilities**:

- Consistently demonstrates superior customer service by combining system knowledge, sales, product, and problem-solving skills to exceed customer expectations.
- Reviewing customer inquiries and determining the appropriate products and pricing to be included in the quotation.
- Understanding Macroeconomic tides.
- Gathering information and data from various departments, such as sales or shipping
- Follow up on quotations and modifying quotes as necessary.
- Conducting cost analysis to determine the pricing of goods.
- Preparing and submitting quotations to potential customers in a timely manner.
- Collaborating with the sales team to ensure that the quotation meets the customer's needs and expectations.
- Establishing strong relationships with vendors.
- Responding to customer inquiries and providing additional information as needed.
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation of all quotations and related activities.
- Providing feedback to the sales team on customer needs and market trends.
- Collaborating with internal departments to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the quotation process.
- Staying up-to-date on industry trends and changes to pricing or product offerings.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
- Strong Analytical skills.
- Attention to detail and understanding of how market pricing works.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of pricing strategies and cost analysis.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Must feel comfortable working in a dynamic, team-based environment where priorities are continually changing.
- Comfortable working in a high pressure environment.
- Familiarity with financial and project management principles.
