Play a pivotal role as a Data Engineer. Enterprise Data Engineering is part of the Data Services team. The Data Engineering team builds database solutions for various enterprise use cases including analytics, data science, and financial reporting.

What You'll Do- Design, build, and operationalize data engineering solutions for ServiceTitan data, analytics platforms and products.- Develop self-service data and analytics capabilities to empower users to navigate our data ecosystem.- Automate quality monitoring and respond to alerts when data delivery SLAs are not being met.- Participate in architecture frameworks, design and implement high-performance complex solutions to support data and analytical products.- Participate in implementing efficient distributed storage and query techniques.- Deliver high-quality code with corresponding test coverage.- Implement CI/CD and other automation techniques to streamline data ingestion and delivery processes.- Champion Data Governance, Compliance and Security best practices.
What You'll Bring:
- B.S., M.S. or PhD degree in Computer Science or a related field- 2+ years of experience in Software Engineering / Data Engineering roles- Experience with Spark, Python, Java, Scala or a similar programming language-
- Experience with Big Data Technologies (Hadoop, Databricks, Snowflake, etc.)-
- Experience with SQL skills-
- Experience (at least 1+ years) with the following are preferred-
- Azure Cloud Computing
- Snowflake / Databricks
- Dbt
- Airflow
- SQL / Python / Spark-
- Experience contributing to the data architecture and design- Data modeling and Data warehousing concepts- Data transformations, standardizations and ETL processes- Software Development best practices, code reviews and QA/Testing methodologies- Data governance, security, and compliance
