Graphics Associate

Castalia is seeking a part-time Graphics Associate who can take concepts and ideas and create visual presentations in both print and electronic media. Working with our local and international team members in Washington, D.C. (USA), Sydney (Australia), Auckland and Wellington (New Zealand) offices, you can be part of a team supporting our high-performing multi-disciplinary group solving genuinely important problems.

**Duties for this role**:

- Create visually appealing designs on wide range of materials that may include proposals, presentations, internal communications, and marketing materials
- Develop creative solutions that align with the in-house brand for print and electronic media
- Manage multiple design jobs simultaneously while ensuring deadlines are met
- Collaborate and strategize with the team to discuss layout and design
- Conceptualize visuals based on the design requirements
- Review final layouts and suggest improvements if necessary
- Update and maintain graphic design assets.

**Who we’re looking for**:

- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in graphic design or a similar field
- At least 2-3 years of relevant work experience
- Highly proficient in the use of graphic design as a marketing tool
- Highly proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with the ability to translate content into a compelling and high-quality presentation materials.
- Highly proficient in English—writes succinctly and persuasively, in plain English with ability to translate complex concepts/commentary into easily understandable written/spoken words
- Excellent creativity and innovative design skills
- Gets things done, delivers on commitments, self-starter
- Supportive of others, a team player, and with good communication skills
- Highly attentive to detail
- Work authorization in Colombia.

**We’d love if you have**:

- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloub, including InDesign and Illustrator
- Proficiency in LinkedIn marketing
- Experience with website content management and publishing (e.g. WordPress)
- Familiarity with keyword placement and SEO.

**Salary**: From $3,500,000 per month
