**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design and deliver comprehensive training programs tailored to professionals and employees across various industries.
- Develop training materials, presentations, and resources to support learning initiatives.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics.
- Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and best practices to incorporate into training programs.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Engineer, or related field.
- Soft skills: proactive, responsible, with Initiative and analytical thinking, innovative, problem solver, curious, ability to understand the market and to identify strengths and weaknesses in multidisciplinary teams
- Proven experience as a Corporate Trainer, preferably with 4-5 years of experience in general industries.
- Strong knowledge of international principles, compliance regulations, and industry-specific practices.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Experience in career development, instructional design, and training delivery.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and training software/tools.
- Certification in training, coaching, or related field is a plus.
