**Cómo será el día típico**
- Responsable de ejecutar las actividades requeridas para la operación, mantenimiento y mejora de los sistemas de gestión de la organización: Sistema de atención al consumidor financiero, Sistemas de Riesgo y Control Interno. Apoyar la definición e implementación de iniciativas y planes de mejora continua en la organización desde la perspectiva de riesgos._
- _Llevar indicadores de seguimiento y medición_
- _Gestión de quejas y reclamos._
- _Análisis y gestión del riesgo corporativo y operacional, compliance y emisión de informes de gestión._
- _Definición y seguimiento de acciones correctivas y de mejora._

**Habilidades y experiência que conducirán al éxito**
- _ Experiência: 2 años_
- _ Conocimientos Técnicos: Deseable en SARO, SAC, SCI, KPIs._
- _ Estudios y/o especialidades: Profesional en Ingeniería Industrial, ciencias administrativas, económicas y afines. _
- _Idiomas: Español 100% - Ingles B1_
- _ Herramientas Tecnológicas: Excel, Word, Powerpoint_
