**The Role**: Engagement Project Manager - Energy & Analytics

**The Location**: Mexico City - Mexico / Rio de Janeiro - Brazil / Sao Paulo - Brazil / Bogota - Colombia
The position can be fully virtual, but a mínimal number of Santa Fe office visits will be needed to attend onboarding meetings, company events and network with peers.

**The Impact**: A Project Leader, Upstream and Carbon Management is responsible for delivering consulting projects involving strategic support, transaction due diligence, portfolio and asset evaluation, technical analysis, economic modeling and/or advance analytics. This position has direct interface with clients and plays a key role in successfully delivering consulting engagements.

**Responsibilities**:
**Manage consulting projects, including**:
Client engagement management and communication

Interaction and incorporation of input from executive in charge (project Director) as appropriate.

Develop project plan and lead execution in a timely manner to client satisfaction.

Lead the project delivery team.

Deliverable storyboarding and coordination

Hands-on contributions to project execution

Deliverable quality assurance
Contribute to the practice business development effort, including:
Identify new business opportunities.

Develop offerings and proposal materials.

Contribute to though leadership content.

Coordinate SOW processes

Involvement in regional practice planning and innovation

Coaching and mentoring of junior team-members

**Key qualifications**:
7+ years of experience in management consulting, including Energy & Analytics Project Management. (REQUIRED)

Experience and interest in the Energy Industry. (REQUIRED)

Flawless verbal and written communication in English

A bachelor or master’s degree (or equivalent degree) in economics, engineering, mathematics, computer science or energy studies

Experience with data analytics technologies (e.g. PowerBI, Tableau, Spotfire, Python/R, Databricks, etc.) is a plus

**Key Soft Skills**:
Must be capable of not only seeing the ‘big picture’ and communicating a compelling story, but also delving into its technical details to highlight key elements

A keen attention to details and highly effective organization and prioritization skills, including the ability to stay on task and maintain focus in a fast-paced environment

Excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate with all levels of the organization

Must have the ability to work independently with limited supervision, but also to understand the needs of other consultants and researchers, and the timing of those needs
