**Job Description**:
**Pricing, Revenue Management & Contracting Lead**

**_ RESPONSIBILITIES:_**
- Guide & lead the implementation of company global pricing strategies and policies.
- Coordinate the contract management strategy for the local market with all key stakeholders.
- Monitor and analyze pricing data from the commercial team, partners, clients, subcontractors, etc. to create and enhance a data set that can be used to support a consistent approach to pricing by sector, service, etc.; and suggest changes to our pricing strategy when necessary, based on external factors (i.e., competitors) and past results.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with local price regulations
- Work closely with the Finance, Regional & Global Commercial Operations, Commercial trade strategy lead, Exec. Dir, Strategic Planning HH operations, Business Units (BUs), and KAMs to model pricing scenarios and develop an opportunity-specific pricing strategy for all Top Opportunities and Major Bids - with a priority on our key clients.
- Work closely with the LA Regional & Global Pricing Leads, Local Finance Director, Key Account Managers, PMs, Sales & Finance team to design and implement the necessary changes to improve overall pricing performance.
- Advise the financial, franchises and commercial area with: profitability strategy of commercial/promotional activities, management of internal price lists to maximize income in a responsible and competitive manner, information / tracking of competitive prices on the Sales Floor. (Index) / review of customer margins by category, management of commercial conditions, promotional discounts and market competitiveness based on the objective of maximizing RB MX's income.
- Detection of Revenue or Pricing Opportunities.
- Development and generation of price competitiveness Scorecards (Index, GM, Interchannels, etc...)
- Lead the implementation of the analytical foundations, processes, systems, reporting and decision support tools needed to improve performance and revenue management (ACADs & Customer Link)
- Personally engage in key stakeholders and contract negotiations with clients and work “hands-on” with partners and managers to coach project pricing, costing and monetization of negotiations.
- Contribute to Increase in profitability as evidenced by one or more of the following - improved multiplier, bill rate, recoveries, win rates, or staff-mix.
- Support the increase major contract win-rate and profitability of the Key Clients.

**_ Experience and technical competencies_**
- BS/MS in finance, Administration, Engineering
- 1+ years’ experience in commercial, finance, procurement and/or pricing areas.
- Solid grasp of commercial and/or financial terms.
- Strong business acumen and deep understanding of company´s growth driver
- Strong analytical skills and ability to assess key value drivers and cost elements to necessary to develop a competitive pricing strategy
- Strong negotiation skills
- Fluent in English is mandatory
- Advanced management of Excel, Access, Revenue Management, Pricing Models and Calculation of elasticities and profitability.

- Ability to lead constructive change within our organizational structure and strike the appropriate balance between the need for rapid change and the need for building consensus and support
- Ability to engage with senior client executives and senior procurement leaders in our key accounts
- Ability to develop and implement successful pricing and/or contract management strategies in Colombia.
- Ability to establish relationships with Global or Regional cross functional teams
