Lunes a Viernes, Weekends Off.
**Availability**: 10:30 - 19:00 - 11:00 - 19:00 COL time
**Job description**
In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our potential clients, playing a key role in evaluating their needs and ensuring a smooth intake process.
**Responsibilities**:
**Phone Communication & Client Interaction**
- Answer incoming calls, gathering client information and details about their case.
- Transfer the call to the intake specialist post-retainer agreement sign-off.
- Handle both inbound inquiries from potential clients and outbound calls for follow-ups.
**Client Management**:
- Ensure consistent communication based on predefined frequency or until there's a response at various pipeline stages.
**Case Consultation & Agreements**
- Use a structured survey to evaluate if the firm can assist the potential client.
- Clients with viable claims will be provided with a retainer agreement for signing.
**Experience in Customer service is a plus but not required.**
