**The role**:

- Ensure proper operation of Lucid’s facilities
- Follow up on vendor work orders and ensure timely execution
- Cross function with HR and IT for new hires on space management and access requirements
- Order office supplies and ensure the offices are always stocked up
- Have a good eye for maintenance, cleanliness, and order
- Assist in creating checklists to ensure the proper operation of Lucid facilities
- Instruct and follow up on external technicians for maintenance and supply checklists
- Coordinate with vendors for delivery of supplies
- Manage the parking space and entry/exit of visitors
- Instruct the office staff to move and relocate things following space needs
- Supervise and ensure proper janitorial service operation
- Communicate with management about any work that requires outside vendor assistance
- Schedule work with external contractors/vendors
- Continuously improve the office work environment (plants, posters etc. )
- Coordinate and cooperate with EHS and Security specialists
- Report to management on maintenance emergencies and coordinate with building landlords

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
- Minimum of 4 plus years of facilities management
- Must have excellent communication abilities (verbal and written)
- Full time office attendance to meet the needs of the business
- Comfortable with multiple computer programs such as Outlook, MS Office, Excel
- Ability to effectively work individually or in a team environment
- Willingness to cross-train for other job functions
- Fluent in English and Arabic
- Systematic and well organized
