Energy Manager

**Position**:Energy Manager

**City**:Medellín (Remote)

**Schedule**: Monday to Friday 8:00am -6:00pm EST / Flexible.

**Remuneration**: $3'200.000 - 3'700.000

**Job description**:
The Energy Manager will support he company owner directly and manage project documentation, complete complex energy savings calculations, serve as an expert on (Con Edison) incentive programs, and present technical details in a concise and organized fashion for our clients to utilize the data while focusing on their primary efforts.

**Job responsibilities**:
1. Manage accurate and complete project files and documentation (Dropbox).

3. Complete engineering calculations of energy and carbon emissions savings, including financial models.

4. Develop technical service and project proposals.

5. Manage bid processes and coordination with vendors / subcontractors. Manage relationships with contractors.

6. Schedule meetings, presentations, and other appointments with clients and partners.

7. Contribute toward the continued development of tools, templates, and resources.

8. Support the project accounting and billing processes.

9. Ensure on-time delivery of high quality, detailed, error-free products.

**Experience requirements**:

- Knowledge of Energy (Mechanical and/or Electrical) Engineering - building equipment, commissioning, and equipment retrofit principles a plus.
- Knowledge of Local Law 97, incentive programs, and decarbonization pathways.
- Proven experience working with vendors/contractors and managing installation groups.
- Experience with client relationship management a plus.
- Knowledge of construction codes and principles a plus.

**Skills requirements**:

- College degree and experience completing Energy Management projects.
- detail-oriented, organized, and produce consistent work quality.
- Excellent communication skills (written and spoken).
- Skilled in using Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- QuickBooks Online a plus.
- Ability to work under tight timelines and schedules.
