**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Collaborate with the team to develop creative concepts from start to finish, including ideation, design, and final production in alignment with the brand's vision, guidelines, and strategy.
- Maintain an organized file system and adhere to version control best practices.
- Collaborate with the team to identify opportunities for design improvements and optimizations, and provide creative input and design direction on marketing campaigns and projects.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- **Required: 1+ years of experience **in graphic design and/or video editing.
- A bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communications, or a related field is a plus.
- Proficient in any of the following: Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Creative Cloud, Klayvio, and/or Canva.
- **Strong portfolio** showcasing E-Commerce design expertise.
- Knowledge of best practices in HTML, CSS, and web design is a plus.

**INTERNET REQUIREMENTS**:

- DSL, Cable, or Fiber internet connection is required - LAN connection is required (20 Mbps minimum).
- A backup internet connection is required (For backup internet, the required speed should be at least 10 Mbps).
