**Responsibilities**:
**1. Respond to guest inquiries.** Engage with podcast guests by answering their questions and ensuring their participation in episodes.
**2. Coordinate between guests and clients.** Manage scheduling, create prep materials, and develop relevant questions for each guest appearance.
**3. Collaborate with internal teams.** Work closely with content writers, editors, video producers, and graphic designers to create high-quality episode collateral.
**4. Manage podcast distribution.** Upload podcast episodes to hosting platforms like Apple Podcasts and Spotify, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
**5. Oversee website uploads.** Ensure episodes are uploaded to clients' websites and other relevant platforms to maximize engagement and reach.
**Requirements**:
- 3-5 years of experience in an agency or media production environment
- Strong organizational and administrative skills to handle multiple projects and deadlines
- Passion for technology and content production
