Bilingual Secretary

RedValley, the coolest BPO company in Medellín, is seeking a bubbly and trustworthy Secretary to help our US client, American Solar Repair, to handle the incoming calls for the company and either triage or arrange their services. Our new Secretary is a crucial component of the business. As the first point of contact with the company, the secretary builds the bridge between our company and our customers by facilitating the communication needed for our operations to thrive.

American Solar Repair is a nationwide solar repair and maintenance provider for homeowners. We are certified to meet the most complex standards of solar service help, and we are committed to consistently deliver the highest-quality, long-lasting workmanship for our solar panels owners.

What you’ll be doing:

- Acting as the first point of contact for the company, listening to what the customer needs and sharing information on who we are and how we can help.
- Triaging incoming calls, transferring to the appropriate department as needed.
- Inquiring what the needs of incoming callers are and communicating these to the applicable team for action.
- Developing and maintaining positive professional relationships with potential clients.
- Scheduling meetings with potential and current clients, updating our CRM platform and customer portal with contact attempts, updating internal scheduling tracking spreadsheets as required.
- Meeting with the operations team to strategize on daily scheduling conflicts, resolutions and ideas.
- Creating weekly reports for the team on important scheduling information, meetings, cancellations, upcoming events, etc.

What You’ll Need**:

- C1 English proficiency (written, spoken, comprehension).**
- +2 years experience in similar roles.
- Tech savviness, knowledge of G-Suite CRM, etc.
- Cheerful, optimistic and outgoing personality.
- Excellent organizational skill and ability to prioritize.
- Outstanding communication skills, spoken and written.
- Ability to excel working individually and in a team environment.
- Construction industry experience is a plus.
