**Description**:
The person would need to understand and identify the target learner profile, train and develop content to meet learner needs, and finally drive training-specific initiatives to create awareness and drive maximum adoption.

**Key job responsibilities**:

- Review, update, and adapt content based on the organization's needs
- Implement content in our LMS (Moodle)
- Ensure training KPIs are reviewed and reported on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis and perform analysis on any behaviors/processes that could impact the organization
- Create, organize, maintain, and manage product training curricula in the LMS
- Provide support for SMEs to facilitate virtual instructor-led training

**Basic Qualifications**:

- Expertise in planning, implementing, developing and assessing trainings
- Demonstrated working knowledge of eLearning development tools such as Moddle, Articulate, Canvas, etc
- Demonstrated some experience designing and developing training materials in all modalities, including e-learning, video, motion design
- Knowledge of adult learning methodology and training practices
- Understanding of industry learning trends and best practices, adult learning theory, and instructional design principles
- Solid project management skills including planning work, managing details, keeping multiple tasks/projects on track, using time well, and delivering results
- Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills (Spanish - English)
- Exposure to Learning Management Systems (Moodle is a huge plus)
- Experience in working on multiple projects with stakeholders
- Experience using learning data to perform continuous improvement
- Proven ability to think creatively and contribute to process simplification/improvement at a team level

**Education**
- Studies in fields such as Education, Marketing, or Graphic Design (preferred)

**Experience**:

- From 1 to 2 years of experience in adult learning and instructional design
