**Responsibilities**:
- Interviewing applicants to determine their qualifications for a job position
- Developing interview questions that are specific to the job being filled
- Explaining the details of the job to applicants who are selected for an interview
- Evaluating an applicant’s skills, knowledge, and experience to determine whether they are a good fit for a position
- Scheduling interviews with prospective employees and preparing them for the interview process
**Required Skills and Qualifications**
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and writing skills
- Bachelor’s degree in psychology, sociology, human resources, or related field
- At least 3 years working with US based companies
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and use discretion when handling sensitive information
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
**Experience**:
- Working with US based companies: 3 years (preferred)
