Job Requirements

**KEY OBJECTIVE**:
Responsible for designing, implementing, and operating BI data analysis solutions for claims Latam. Take a lead role in driving the BI strategy based on COG guidelines and ensuring the department goal achievements.

**MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Managing a team of BI analysts and developers for the purpose of collecting data and executing regional claims mission.
- Understand business needs and objectives.
- Developing and managing business intelligence solutions according to company´s policies.
- Implementing comprehensive tools and strategies that allow raw data to be transformed into business insights for decision making and strategic planning across high levels of the business.
- Oversee all claims analytics operations at a regional level, to correct discrepancies and ensure quality.
- Analyzing business requirements and processes and recommending them to the management and executives for implementation.
- Take the required training established by Chubb.

**MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Finance, Statistics, Economics or System Engineering areas.
- Post grade studies in Administration, Finance, Data Analytics, Big Data, Data Engineering or similar.
- Ability to clearly communicate data analysis findings and make recommendations.
- A solid understanding of data analysis and visualization and modeling tools.
- Insurance Claims experience is recommended.
- Exposure to Agile development methodologies.
- Communication skills.
- English advance level.
- Customer/Collaboration and Project Leadership, developing and own the relationship with vendors, different team members across Chubb.
