This is an opportunity for someone who is hungry. You will be brought into a customer service environment where you will be required to be persistent, diligent and inquisitive. If you perform well, you will have the opportunity to grow financially and in responsibility.

RESPONSIBILITIES

The person we are looking to hire must be able to work in a dynamic a support team and demonstrate top tier customer service skills. Experience in a previous customer service job is required. Experience in a previous technical customer service job is preferred but not required.

TASKS

Initially you will be required to immerse yourself in the LaceUp technology. You will learn about the business model, workflows and configurations.

Once you know and understand the technology, you'll be tasked with resolving complex issues in a timely manner. The name of the game is follow up. You will be measured on your ability to follow up with team members, the development staff and the customer.

You will also be tasked with answering customer phone calls and directly handling customer issues.

SKILLS

1. The ability to learn technical details fast and the ability to adapt fast to new projects.

2. Excellent customer service skills and speaking skills.

3. Experience on at least one of these software's is preferred but not required (QuickBooks, QuickBooks Online).

4. Experience in wholesale distribution of food and beverage products is preferred but not required.

5. Must speak fluent English. (required).
