**Needs to hire 2 Callers**

We are seeking an empathetic and confident Real Estate Cold Caller to join our team. As a Real Estate Cold Caller, you will be responsible for making unsolicited phone calls to property owners of distressed assets.

**Responsibilities**:
Make unsolicited phone calls to property owners to generate leads and appointments.
Maintain an accurate record of all client interactions, calls, and appointments using Salesforce CRM.
Provide exceptional customer service and build a strong rapport with clients to increase customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:
Proven experience in real estate cold calling or telemarketing
Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
Strong customer service skills
Familiarity with CRM software

Work hours:
Monday - Friday 10 am -7 pm EST
Saturdays 11 am-6 pm EST

Pay: $20,000 - $40,000 per hour
