**Role**:
The **Customer Support Executive** will be responsible for supporting and training our customers onto our Enterpryze Cloud Based solution.
- Ongoing customer support & troubleshooting via webinars etc
- Ownership of customer issues to completion
- Become a product specialist for Enterpryze
- Supporting new customers and partners onto Enterpryze
- Complete all customer training in a professional manner
- Complete all partners connections and connection training
- Proactively develop customer relationships
- Ensure each customer is brought on the Enterpryze journey successfully
- Seek new ways to enhance & improve the customer experience
- Pre-sales demonstrations
- Supporting Customer Private Cloud
- Support internal IT issues

**Skills**:

- Excellent communication skills, written & verbal
- Fluent English speaker
- Fluent Spanish speaker
- Proven track record in High Level Customer Support
- Technical knowledge is required
- Agile approach to work
- Ability to prioritise tasks & projects
- Confident & professional
- Ability to follow up and successfully close out on any support calls
- Proven working knowledge of Private Cloud - installing windows servers, RDS, configuring active directory a distinct advantage

**Education/Technical Expertise**:
Degree or 3rd Level equivalent in IT or similar required
