**TASKS AND RESPONSABILITIES**
- Finance business partnering for PACA's Therapeutic Areas' Heads and for Colombia & EC PE Country Commercial Leads.
- Strong interaction and cooperation with PACA North's FBPs to align processes of business planning & steering and consolidation.
- Provide advice and decision support to PH PACA CDH and Finance Head through performance tracking, business analysis and projection exercises.
- Manage Colombia & EC PE P&L to administrate business growth, operational expenses & resource allocation and overall financial effects.
- Follow up market development and trends together with Therapeutic Areas in order to provide financial advice and challenge business decisions.
- Support TA Heads, Brand managers and Commercial Leads in new projects, business cases and launches aiming the optimum resource allocation and return on investment for the initiative
- Review, challenge and validation of commercial strategies and conditions.
- Steering of regional performance planning budget, forecast, quarter end and year end steering
- Be part of PH Latam Finance community, ensuring alignment with reigonal management, providing accurate and timely financial reporting & analysis, in addition to business insights.
- Actively cooperate with PACA CFO functions with aim of exchanging information regarding the business performance and matters and supporting financial processes with Accounting, Tax, Treasury and others.

**WHO YOU ARE**
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Accounting, Engineering or related financial field.
- Minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience and/or equivalent combination of education and experience. MBA/CPA preferred
- Advanced spoken and written English and Spanish skills.
- Portuguese skills(desired).
- Advanced skills to analyze business and financial trends in order to make sound business decisions
- Knowledge of the economical, political and business environment in PACA countries/subregion
- Must possess excellent communication and analytical skills to develop and present insightful analysis and reports.
- Strong management, leadership, organizational and communication skills to effectively interact and influence with all levels of management throughout the organization and to work collaboratively in cross functional teams
- Proven experience in leading major projects and motivating and influencing others in a diverse, multi cultural, cross functional organization.
- Advanced SAP knowledge, Business Information Systems (e.g. BW/BI, Tableau, PowerBI) and Office Package (focus on Excel and PowerPoint; Access is considered a plus).
