Las principales actividades que realiza esta posicion son:
Dirigir, controlar y gestionar la elaboración de políticas, proyectos, planes y programas orientados a promover la calidad de vida en el trabajo, la salud integral de los funcionarios dentro del hábito laboral y extralaboral en los casos que aplique.
Participar activamente dentro de la implementación, control y seguimiento enfocado a los aspectos del Sistema de Gestión de Seguridad y Salud en el trabajo enmarcados en el Sistema de Gestión Integrado de la compañía.
Planear y apoyar las actividades de prevención de accidentes en el ámbito de la organización de acuerdo con las disposiciones y principios emanados por los entes reguladores y de la casa matriz
Administrar las actividades de seguridad y Salud en el trabajo industrial, estableciendo las políticas y normas y procedimientos.
Elaborar informes periódicos de las actividades realizadas definidas por la compañía y Casa Matriz
La posición se requiere para dirigir el área de Seguridad y Salud de nuestras plantas en el sector del Muña y en la planta de Malambo en el Atlántico.
