As **Data Engineer, **you will be responsible for the development of Agile Analytics on existing data sets and capabilities for Kimberly Clark Professional (KCP) and for building out capabilities that will provide KCP with a competitive edge around prescriptive, predictive, and alert-based analytics. This critical role will be the librarian of KCP’s existing and future business-centric data lake and will be the wingman for business partners to answer new questions and provide leadership and direction in building out KCP’s journey “to take information to insights” that drive business results. The right person for this role is proactive with stakeholders, a self-starter who can work under broad direction, and passionate about storytelling with data.

**Who you are?**
- 6 - 9 years of equivalent experience in information technology working with the data foundation
- Nice to have experience working as a consultant for B2B or consumer companies
- Bachelors Degree
- Strong knowledge of data process tools.
- Knowledge of different cloud services such as Azure, AWS, or Similars.
- Verbal and written fluency in English is mandatory.
- ** Plus**: R/Python knowledge and experience deploying analytics solutions (statistics, machine learning, etc.), Data governance Knowledge

**What do you do?**

Responsible for the definition of our data fabric across capabilities and a business-centric data lake. Be a librarian of all capabilities of data and information globally.
- Delivery of Agile Analytical solutions across KCP with hands-on data blending and reporting/visualization skills. Drive opportunities to reuse the same reporting environment across multiple solutions and regions.
- Collaborate with Business Partner organizations on roadmaps and strategies.
- Collaborate with Advanced Analytics teams as well as Delivery and Operations teams for the development of the capabilities platform.
- Thought leadership in emerging data and analytic technologies (i.e., HANA, Hadoop, Alteryx, Integration Services, etc.)
- Understanding the importance of emerging metrics, models & benchmarking techniques in business.
- Work with businesses and capability teams to establish business process sustainability and business benefits.
- Ensure insight and understanding of “best practices” and keeping pace with competition and peer companies.
- Design and build data models and data processors to integrate business data
- Participate in the executive Community of Practice calls with business partners and stakeholders.
- Good metadata and data quality technics
