**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare various financial reports such as profit and loss statements, balance sheets, cash flow statements, and other management reports.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions, including recording expenses, revenues, and general ledger entries.
- Generate customer invoices, track accounts receivable, and ensure timely and accurate collection of payments.
- Process employee payroll, calculate wages, deductions, and withholdings, and ensure compliance with tax regulations and labor laws.
- Coordinate and participate in internal and external audits, provide necessary documentation and information, and assist in implementing audit recommendations.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements and interpret financial data.
- Manage vendor invoices, verify accuracy, process payments, and maintain good relationships with suppliers.
- Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations.
- Perform regular and thorough reconciliations of various accounts, comparing account balances between different sources (such as bank statements, general ledger, sub-ledgers, etc.) to identify and resolve any discrepancies or errors.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in accounting.
- Proven work experience as a Financial Accountant or in a similar accounting role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and financial regulations.
- Proficient in using accounting software and ERP systems.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial data analysis and reporting.
- Solid understanding of bookkeeping and general ledger maintenance. (USGAAP)
- Familiarity with billing and accounts receivable processes.
- Experience in processing payroll and knowledge of tax regulations and labor laws.
- Ability to prepare and interpret financial statements and reports.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software.
