**This is a contract position with the intent to hire as a full-time employee in 30-90 days after start date.

**About the Role**:
We are seeking a talented and creative Internal Design Specialist to join our Power Digital Marketing team. As an Internal Design Specialist, you will play a crucial role in conceptualizing and creating visually appealing and effective marketing materials that resonate with our target audience(s). Your designs will help us communicate our messaging, drive engagement, and ultimately contribute to their success in the digital space.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive strategic partnership strategy, identifying potential partners aligned with our agency's goals, and maximizing opportunities for partners in your territory to drive mutual growth. You will work closely with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and business development, to understand their needs and objectives, and leverage partnerships to generate high-quality leads and drive revenue.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Branding**: Maintain and enhance brand consistency across all digital marketing materials, ensuring that designs align with our clients' brand guidelines and messaging.
- Content Creation: Collaborate with our content team to transform written content into visually engaging presentations, e-books, whitepapers, and other content pieces.
- **Web Design**: Assist in the design and optimization of website layouts and user interfaces, focusing on user experience and mobile responsiveness.
- **Social Media Graphics**: Develop eye-catching visuals for social media platforms that drive engagement and convey our clients' messages effectively.
- **Video/Graphics Integration**: Work with video editors to create graphics and animations that enhance video content for our clients.
- **Client Collaboration**:Communicate and collaborate with clients to understand their design requirements and provide design solutions that align with their objectives.
- **Design Trends**:Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and tools to ensure our designs are cutting-edge and competitive in the industry.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- Proven experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
- Knowledge of web design principles, HTML, and CSS is a plus.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- A passion for the power industry and a desire to stay informed about industry trends.
