Responsible for communication and understanding of commercial demand, guiding the operational team, analysis of space adequacy, very short projection - short period of time. Monitor team KPIs.

Como parte de Rappi, serás responsable de:
- Lead the implementation project of logistics operations simulators (S&OP + Planning + Warehouse).- Automation and optimization of reports and planning tools in Excel;- Analyze operations KPIs, identify the main offenders and disseminate them in dashboard format.- Design the operations capacity (warehouse) based on the sales forecast.- Daily monitoring between planned and real needs, as well as the creation of action plans to absorb the impacts of deviations.- Lead alignment forums with peer operations areas to obtain the best balance between cost and service level.- Design the ideal delivery times for daily operations throughout the month.- Analyze the feasibility and impacts of inclusions, postponements, advances and cancellations of campaigns.

Bien y ahora, ¿Cuáles son los requisitos para que yo sea parte de este universo de neón?- Graduation in Administration, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Logistics.- 3 - 4 years of experience.- Advanced Excel (an aptitude test will be administered).- intermediate VBA.- intermediate SQL.- Proactive, resilient, good interpersonal coexistence, that loves what he does.- Green Belt (is a plus).- Spanish (required), English (Advantage).- Strong preference for Start-ups or online retails professionals.- Hands-on.
