**A Day in the Life**

**This role as a Rebates Analyst is integral for delivering customer value, driving revenue, and ensuring that Medtronic meets its contractual obligations for a defined Operating Unit (OU) or Portfolio. As a key member of the US Rebates Team, you will support the objectives of the Americas Region by ensuring that only customers who achieve sales targets receive additional value.**

**Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.**
- **Actively support the implementation of new rebate and amended agreements in the system; ensure consistent and timely completion of activities (Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and quality standards)**
- **Monitor customer compliance form intake, scheduling, and review for accuracy.**
- **Partner with the US Contracting Organization to resolve incomplete or inaccurate compliance forms and agreements.**
- **Review Medtronic membership roster quarterly to ensure accurate administrative fee payments to group purchasing organizations.**
- **Lead and collaborate on initiatives across the organization to drive efficiency in rebate programs, processes, tools, and systems.**
- **Participate in system clean-up projects, testing, and schedule maintenance updates.**
- **Maintain existing recurring semi-automated reports including issues, download request, and others as assigned.**
- **Participate in special projects and provide support as needed.
**Must Have: Minimum Requirements**
- **Bachelors degree in Financial Business Administration, Economics or any other related**:

- **Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in finance areas**:

- **Experience working with data tools**:

- **Advanced computer skills with strong knowledge of Excel & Word**:

- **Self-starter and able to work well independent of direct supervision.**:

- **Strong oral and written communication skills with experience interacting with customers and internal business partners.**:

- **Reliable work ethic and ability to be flexible during high peak times.**:

- **Strong detail-oriented and organizational skills with proven multi-tasking and change management skills.**:

- **Thrives in a fast-paced environment.**:

- **Team player who is highly results-oriented and works well with others.**:

- **Proficiency in English**

**Nice to Have**
- **Experience in a customer-facing role.**:

- **Working knowledge of Vistex rebate software (Vistex is a module within the broader ERP system of SAP).**:

- **Experience with MS Access.**:

- **Work experience cross-functionally partnering with professionals in various disciplines.**:

- **Ability to track complex issues, maintaining clear notes on progress to enable others to interpret open issue status.**:

- **Aptitude for quantitative and analytical skills**:

- **Experience translating large amounts of data into actionable insights and coherent strategies.**:

- **Eagerness to learn and expand responsibilities.**:
