Marketing Manager

**Virtual assistant / Social Media Manager**

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 1-3 years of prior Social Media experience and customer service.
- Must be proficient in speaking and writing English and Spanish (a MUST HAVE)
- Must have an internet connection at the workplace or home, personal computer or laptop and smartphone.

**Main responsibilities.**
- Create and post social media content on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Youtube, TikTok
- Ensure all content aligns with brand standards
- Must be willing to spend lots of hours in specific trainings provided.
- Engage with social media communities and respond to comments and DMs in a timely manner
- Monitor the brand and its competitors on social media
- Execute a social media strategy with meaningful results (lead generation, website traffic, conversions, organic growth, user engagement and Facebook ads)
- Content Creation - Creating content, including text posts, videos, and images for use on social media.
- Landing page and blogging knowledge
- Create and manage promotions and Social Ad campaigns on Facebook and google
- Use social media and business metrics to improve outcomes
- Gather and create original content (photos, videos, graphics) for social and other marketing uses
- CANVA or other graphic design and VIdeo Editing softwares
- Write a monthly report to analyze followers and engagement growth
- Blog support: proofing/editing, posting, SEO formatting.
- Highly proficient in Following instructions and scripts as needed.
- Familiarity with hashtags, algorithm
- Organization of merchandise inventory, all instructions will be provided
- Charismatic and Detailed oriented.

**Salary**: From $1,500,000 per month
