We are currently looking for a **ServiceNow Administrator **to become a valuable addition to our dynamic team
**Responsibilities**:
- Configure and customize ServiceNow modules, including form setup, workflows, notifications, and user roles.
- Perform regular system maintenance, including upgrades, patches, and routine tasks.
- Manage user roles, groups, permissions, and data import/export techniques.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues to ensure optimal system operation.
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business needs, and implement appropriate solutions.
- Create and maintain detailed technical documentation, including configuration guides, user manuals, and process documentation
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 3 - 4 years of experience working as a ServiceNow Administrator or in a similar role
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow best practices for configuration and customization
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with stakeholders and team members
- Deep understanding of configuring and customizing ServiceNow modules, including form setup, workflows, notifications, -and user roles
- Basic scripting skills in JavaScript for creating and modifying business rules, client scripts, and other customizations
- Proficiency in managing user roles, groups, permissions, and data import/export techniques
- **English B2 or above is mandatory**:
- Maintain a fully professional work environment within the home setting
- Excellent soft skills
