Textile Engineer

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Research and Development**: Conduct research to develop new têxtile materials, technologies, and processes. Stay updated with industry trends, advancements, and innovations.
- **Product Design**: Collaborate with design teams to develop têxtile products that meet functional, aesthetic, and performance requirements. Utilize CAD software for designing and prototyping.
- **Process Improvement**: Analyze existing manufacturing processes to identify areas for improvement in efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness. Develop and implement solutions to enhance production processes.
- **Quality Assurance**: Establish quality standards and procedures to ensure that têxtile products meet regulatory requirements and customer expectations. Conduct testing and evaluation of materials and products.
- **Sustainability**: Explore sustainable practices and technologies in têxtile manufacturing. Develop eco-friendly materials and processes to minimize environmental impact.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with cross-functional teams including manufacturing, marketing, and sales to coordinate product development and commercialization efforts.
- **Documentation**: Maintain detailed records of research activities, experiments, test results, and project milestones. Prepare technical reports, presentations, and documentation as required.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, Materials Science, or related field would be a bonus.
- Previous experience in têxtile manufacturing, product development, or research and development.
- Proficiency in CAD software for design and prototyping.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve complex problems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements in the têxtile industry.
- Creative thinking and a passion for innovation.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

**Salary**: $1,962,308 - $43,170,792 per month
