Account Receivable Analyst- Bogotá, Colombia- Salario competitivo y excelente paquete de beneficios**Propósito**:
Apoyar la gestión de los procesos asociados al alta de clientes y recaudo de cartera suministrando información oportuna y veraz a la fuerza comercial y clientes, todo lo anterior en cumplimiento de las políticas corporativas que rijan estos procesos.

**Funciones y responsabilidades**:

- Dar soporte de información y de conciliación de cuentas al asesor comercial y/o clientes sobre el estado actual de sus cuentas con el fin de que el asesor comercial pueda efectuar el proceso de cobranza.
- Basado en los movimientos bancarios, generar la aplicación de pagos a los diferentes clientes. Posteriormente, una vez recibido el detalle de pago, realizar el cruce de pagos vs facturas.
- De acuerdo a las diferencias en precio, ajustes por concepto de devoluciones o descuentos comerciales, ejecutar en SAP la contabilización de los documentos.
- Realizar cruce de las devoluciones recibidas.
- Escalar errores generados en el proceso de contabilización de documentos. Apoyar nuevos desarrollos requeridos por la normatividad Colombiana o mejoras identificadas.
- Generar certificados de relación comercial.
- Solicitar y validar oportunamente los certificados de retenciones que los clientes le practican a nuestras entidades legales.
- Evaluar caso a caso las situaciones en las que aplique la liberación de pedidos en cumplimiento de los lineamientos internos.
- Apoyar al analista de tesorería suministrando información de la proyección de recaudo por cliente según solicitud.
- Suministrar y validar los formatos de altas de clientes y su documentación soporte para posterior solicitud de alta de códigos en SAP.
- Suministrar información solicitada por las diferentes auditorias.
- Ser un agente de cambio en pro de la mejora de los procesos, proponer alternativas que sean positivas en termino de tiempo,costo, eficiencia de proceso y/o controles.
- Entre otras

**Competencias requeridas**:

- Profesional en Administración de Empresas, Contaduría, Finanzas o carreras afines.
- Inglés intermedio (será el punto focal de las comunicaciones en inglés).
- Excel intermedio-avanzado
- Mínimo 2 años de experiência en finanzas (cuentas por cobrar, cartera, contabilidad)
