**YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Prepare the annual Stewardship Program Plan, including detailed descriptions of the activities to be carried out by distributors in Colombia and Honduras.
- Define the total costof the program per year and present to the business management team a proposal to accrue a determined value per bag sold.
- Communicate the plan and the cost to distributors.
- Train distributors salesforce teams before the start of each season to ensure the proper management of biotech derived crops and to ensure the proper execution of the program. Monitor and audit stewardship activities with distributors during the season.
- Based on the information collected during the season, ensure correct data are entered into Salesforce as well as conduct a complete analysis to comply with internal and external policies. Periodically send the stewardship information that s needed by MD and Regulatory to assemble reports required by the authorities.
- Prepare semi annual reports.
- Prepare the training schedule along with Sales, MD and Seed Quality.
- Prepare the Stewardship Audit Plan for each distributor, describing the activities to be audited at each stage of the crop cycle.
- Deliver audit reports to distributors with the results of the evaluations. Organize the Audit Plan and deliver it to Finance for the preparation of credit notes.
- Marketing 15% Participate in marketing activities related to biotechnology having continuously link with stewardship activities to assure concepts and alignment Provide input on event planning and gain insight from growers regarding biotech effectiveness, to ensure communication within marketing activities Support actively new launches in terms of new technologies.
- Participate in technology and hybrid advancement meetings.
- Take part in the decision making about the technologies that are to advanceing in Colombia and Honduras.
- Participate in Insect Resistance Management strategy meetings.
- Define areas within the countries to collect samples for insect resistance monitoring.
- Inform internal stakeholders about the performance of the technologies and the areas where there may be risks of resistance generation.
- Define the stewardship strategies for the PACA region.

**WHO YOU ARE**
- Bachelor Degree in Agronomy, Biotechnology, or related areas.
- 2 to 4 years of relevant work experience in commercial areas (MD, Marketing, Sales), Regulatory or Public Affairs, Biotechnology (agriculture industry preferred).
- Intermediate English communication skills both spoken and written.
- Advanced Microsoft Office Excel user (experience in Analysis for Office environment - queries handling & improvements).
- Highly customer and result oriented.
- Good analytical and communication skills, proactive
- Highly motivated, flexible, structured handle stressful, ambiguous and able to manage complexity situations.
- Strong in trouble shooting, problem solving and high degree of proactivity, connecting the dots of the overall processes.
- Strong team player.
