Advertising Designer

We are on the hunt for a sharp and innovative Advertising Designer with a bachelor’s degree in graphic design, advertising or a related field. To be successful as a Advertising Designer, you should demonstrate the ability to create accessible, engaging, and memorable Ad content to display in multiple platforms such as Google, Facebook, YouTube and LinkedIn.

Job Duties:

- Serve as the lead designer on multiple advertising campaigns, working with a the marketing and sales team to develop concepts that meet the brand’s objectives
- Create high-quality Ad designs for digital, and social media platforms; banner ads, Vido ads, and text ads.
- You will be responsible for editing videos on and graphics
- You will create all the graphics and copy for the ad
- Ability to ideate print media and video content from conception to completion
- Creating timelines and production schedules for content creation
- Create introductory content
- Create short and long-form content that meets the varied needs of the business

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in advertising, graphic design, or related field
- 3-5 years professional experience with a strong portfolio of work
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- English Level B2 - C1
- Experience with video editing software (Premiere Pro, After Effects)
- Experience with animation and motion graphics
- Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Knowledge of UX/UI principles

40 hours work week, no work on Saturdays

Monthly salary: $4,000,000 to $5,000,000 COP
