**ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY**

The Finance Shared Services organization is a dynamic organization undergoing exciting change driving standardization of critical processes around order to cash, using innovative technologies to deliver invoices to customers and analytics to understand customer performance improving collections.

The Project Analyst is a key member of the A2C Know Your Customer Project with responsibility for the successful analysis, data-modelling, hypothesis definition, process planning, testing, execution and evaluation of innovative practices in cash collection and risk management.

This role is a key member of the Finance Shared Services team that will be a strategic partner to the operating team driving business outcomes for increasing cash payments and reducing past dues. The main focus of this role is to self-assess the current collection strategies, provide an expert opinion and build strategic solutions to close the gaps. This is an 18 month role focused on process design, enhancement and readiness to support the company’s strategic growth initiatives.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Assist in business to business accounts receivable strategies in high volume, medium dollar transaction enterprises.
- Work with Global Finance Shared Services Leadership to craft, communicate and implement global strategies that will address accounts receivable collections and aging in key growth markets.
- Execute a portfolio assessment and gap analysis of the cash collections strategy suite and solutions in key markets. Present findings which should compare as-is approaches to best in class technology enabled best practices.
- Define and present new strategic collection approaches that would compliment Iron Mountain portfolio’s growth portfolio while controlling infrastructure cost. Identify strategies that complementcompliment growth business models, emerging markets, relational customer segments, SMB, Midmarket, e-commerce, portals, invoicing value and invoicing method.
- Document and define proof of concepts (pilots) for each new collections approach proposed. As needed, build business cases with ROI’s.
- Influence, design, and develop tactical collections improvement plans using pilots
- Develop a series of 60 day test plans for each proof of concepts via pilots, monitor results and define success criteria for each strategic solution. Upon business acceptance develop transition plans into BAU or business case for ERP tech enhancements.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- MBA a plus; Bachelor of Science in Finance, Economics, Accounting or related field.
- Fluent in English
- 1-2 years of experience in project management, knowledge of transactional financial or collections and in global shared service models is highly preferred.
