Job Title AIOps Architect

Relevant Experience (in Yrs) 10+

Experience Required

4+ Years in AIOps solutioning and hands on skill

1+ Years' experience in Splunk *ITSI* and/or Dynatrace *Davis* AIOps Engine. Preference is for Dynatrace Davis experience.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Solution AIOps use cases using AIOps tools (Dynatrace Davis)
- Perform pilot implementation basis the solution created and document implementation approach, and guide team to follow
- Assist defining strategy, tools rationalization, solutions, roadmap, and process for AIOps solutions implementation
- Understand the business and technical service critical measures to define KPI, thresholds
- Define the MELT signals required for specific service components
- Provide data ingestion pipeline and data sink to cater the observability needs
- Target architecture for automation patterns
- Define automation architectural principles to be deployed for solutions
- Review the automation use cases solution, and ensure architecture principles and standards followed
- Ensure alignment of solution to defined principles
- Ensure reusable components created as part of solution
- Assess and Identity high value Automation Opportunities
- Remove roadblocks in AIOps capability standup and automation use cases implementation
- Define operational handover guidelines & periodic reviews
