En el Clúster Andino, tenemos una excelente oportunidad en el área de Recursos Humanos en Bogotá, Colombia, en el rol de HR Head Andean Cluster. Esta posición tiene la misión de gestionar, construir y establecer la Función de Recursos Humanos en la región andina, reportando directamente al Country President. La responsabilidad principal incluye diseñar e implementar estrategias organizacionales, promoviendo el compromiso y la cultura, así como encargarse del esquema de compensación y desarrollo, siguiendo los lineamientos y políticas apropiadas. Atraer, desarrollar y retener talento competente que le permita a la organización consolidar la mejor fuerza comercial de la industria y así servir a nuestro propósito, servir a más pacientes, más rápido, al alcanzar los objetivos a corto, mediano y largo plazo.

**Requisitos para el rol**
- Experiência en el rol con funciones generales de RH senior (10-15 años)
- Capacidad para desarrollar e implementar la estrategia de RH
- Capacidad de análisis
- Capacidad de gestión de cambios y proyectos
- Dirección de equipos
- Título universitario y deseable, de posgrado en Recursos Humanos
- Experiência en compañías multinacionales (Deseable)
- Ingles Avanzado

**Responsabilidades Principales**
- Dirigir la estrategia de recursos humanos dentro del Clúster Andino, desarrollando programas y planes de recursos humanos que respalden los objetivos de la organización e incorporen las prioridades estratégicas comerciales y de recursos humanos a mediano y largo plazo.
- Trabajar con el equipo de liderazgo del Clúster Andino para comprender las prioridades comerciales y alinear la estrategia local de recursos humanos para respaldar estos objetivos.
- Apoyar al negocio en la comunicación y manejo del cambio dentro del área comercial.
- Gestionar la planificación de la sucesión o en el desarrollo y despliegue de estructuras de recompensas.
- Administrar financieramente los presupuestos de todas las áreas de responsabilidad necesarias para la prestación de servicios de recursos humanos.
- Desarrollar la capacidad dentro de la función de recursos humanos para cumplir con los objetivos de Cultura y desarrollo de Talento.
- Garantizar los recursos necesarios para que se implemente y se cumpla la política y los estándares aplicables a SHE y Drive Success.
- Garantizar la divulgación, comprensión y cumplimiento de los códigos de conducta corporativos, las normas éticas y las políticas y procedimientos de AstraZeneca con el fin de ajustarse con los lineamientos corporativos y propender por la integridad en el comportamiento de los colaboradores.
