Incumbent is the Designated Billing Officer and Voucher Examiner in charge to start the payment business process to local and external vendors and official reimbursements to employees’ troughs ILMS E-Invoicing module, ARIBA, E2 travel system and PCS. Process involves data entry in the Invoice Processing Form, routing to approval pools, reviewing, auditing and voucher packing of all supporting documentation for different type of vouchers as procurement, utilities and leases, transportation, communication, purchase, and travel credit card payments, educational, representation, and other payments. Payments and reimburses must comply with certification principles as proper legal and correct. An annual average estimate of USD$8.6 M and 1K vouchers are processed. Reports to the Supervisory Voucher Examiner position.
