We're looking for an ambitious and results-driven Bilingual Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team.

The Bilingual Recruiter will work to achieve recruitment targets and help improve our overall recruitment strategy.
- **Responsibilities**:_
- Collaborating with the Head of Recruiting and other team members to understand role requirements and devise effective recruitment strategies.
- Meeting weekly and monthly recruitment targets.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date recruitment reports and applicant files.
- **Requirements**:_
- *Ambitious and positive attitude.
- Fluency in English and Spanish.
- Familiarity with ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other recruitment technologies is desirable.
- Experience in recruitment, particularly in a bilingual or multinational context, is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work full-time, with occasional after-hours as needed.

**Salary**: $3,500,000 - $6,500,000 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Medellín, Antioquia: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
