**Responsibilities**:
**3D Architectural Rendering**:

- Create high-quality 3D models for both interior and exterior architectural projects.
- Develop realistic and visually captivating renderings to bring architectural concepts to life.
- 360-degree views and walkthroughs to enhance the visual storytelling of architectural designs

**Remote Collaboration**:

- Effectively communicate and collaborate with team members remotely.
- Attend virtual meetings to discuss project details and provide updates.
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality work while working independently.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Design, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in 3D modeling for architectural rendering.
- Strong portfolio showcasing previous work in 3D architectural rendering.
- Own a powerful rendering setup (we are committed to investing in your current equipment for optimal performance)
- Conversational English proficiency to effectively communicate with team members.
- Must have permissions to work in Colombia.

**How to Apply**:
**Salary**: $2,000,000 - $3,000,000 per month

**Experience**:

- 3D modeling: 4 years (preferred)
- Rendering: 4 years (preferred)
