**Objetivo del Trabajo**:
El enfoque del cargo es el análisis, la búsqueda de información y elaborar reportes de valuación de la propiedad analizada, realizando las revisiones necesarias para garantizar la calidad de las entregas, el cumplimiento de los tiempos y la satisfacción de nuestros clientes.

**Habilidades**:
Alta Capacidad de Aprendizaje

Analítico, proactivo, entendimiento del mercado inmobiliario/finca raíz/bienes inmuebles, manejo de datos y búsqueda de información.

Alto grado de disciplina, concentración, calidad del trabajo y trabajo en equipo

Análisis de flujos de caja, redacción y análisis en la realización de reportes de avalúos

**Después del Primer Año**:

**Educación**:
Profesional titulado (carreras financieras, ingenierías, de mercadeo o negocios internacionales o similares)

**Experiência**:
Mínimo de un año (no necesariamente en avaluos, lo importante es el interés en el sector inmobiliario para dedicarse y enfocarse a la valuación de inmuebles)

**Conocimiento**:
Excel avanzado, estadística y análisis de datos

**Idioma**:
Inglés Intermedio
