- You will work on site in our T&W corporate facilities in Bogota, Colombia.- Your main responsibilities will be:
**Lead innovation in flavour Application**
- Partner with different teams and to our customers to design captivating savoury food products.
- Develop product bases and finished product formulations to replicate market products to evaluate and support product development for our customers.

**Knowledge sharing & expertise**
- Be a technical expert and advisor to marketing, sales, flavour creation, and customers for Savoury products.
- Coach, train, and motivate technicians and technologists.

**Data maintenance**
- Maintain the flavour performance data for the flavour portfolio through evaluation in finished Savoury products and capture of profiles.

**Environmental Health & Safety**
- Maintain a safe, clean and organized lab environment following EH&S policies and hold others accountable for following these guidelines.

- University Degree in Food Science, Food Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biology with Master's degree or postgraduate studies in related area.
- Understanding of the flavour reactions/interactions in Savoury products.
- Experience translating market trends into products for selected customers.
- Experience instructing technicians and technologists.
- Plant scale experience to support production startup for customers.
- Experience in customer projects including customer visits.
- Upper intermediate English level, both oral and written.
