**Job Title**
Infrastructure Engineering - Advisor
- Intermediate written and conversational English skills.
- Experience with infra/APM monitoring tools such as Dynatrace, Splunk, Grafana, CA App Synthetic Monitor (ASM), Moogsoft, Prognosis.
- Infrastructure (OS, Databases, Storage, Network, etc.) technical background.
- Experience with Transactional and Cloud monitoring is desirable.
- Responsible for manage corporate monitoring tools in Latam region.
- Collaborate in the discovery of monitoring for new platforms and clients.
- Build dashboards, alerts and runbooks for command center operators to detect events in monitoring tools.
- Align and integrate Latam Region with global standards, procedures and tools.
